About Limpopo

Francois Van Der Zee moved to the United Kingdom 14 years ago, but never forgot the traditional biltong and boerewors recipes passed down to him by his father and has been making delicious biltong, drywors, and boerewors as Limpopo Butcher since 2011. They only use the best quality meat and spices, and go by a philosophy that small scale production ensures love and care for everything they make. They also believe in the five B’s: Biltong, Boerewors, Brandy, Beer, and Braai!
