Specialising in Arbroath Smokies this is smoked haddock, done the way they do in Arbroath, Angus.

Salted, tied and dried, then hung over a triangular length of wood to smoke over a special barrel with a hardwood fire. These typical Scottish delicacies have also been recognized as a Protected Geographical Indication under the EU’s Protected Food Name Scheme.

Oak & Smoke’s range also includes smoked salmon, mackerel pate and other smoked fish.
