Food Busking at the Real Food Market
John Quilter, our resident food busker (His website is here).

So it's simple... He cooks down at the Real Food Market on the South Bank every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you like it you pay him what you think it was worth. If you don't like it, you don't pay...
Back in April, Victoria Stewart from the Evening Standard came and checked out the Food Busker's offer. See here for full details:
A couple of weeks ago the Sorted food guys popped down to the market and cooked up some great dishes from produce sourced on the market. Here is the first clip of a delicious recipe for Chouriço Croquettes.

The Evening Standard puts Food Busking & Raving on the map as a new trend for 2012

“Food Busking is an attitude. Accessible, down-to-earth, fun and subversive. It’s a performance and has an audience. I’m going to take food busking to the Real Food Market. It’s not going to be a poncy thing though because I'm not into that. My food is quick, simple and easy, for people that don't or can't cook and want to learn to. Chef's do my head in with all that messing about. I think food should be inclusive not exclusive, down-to -earth, fun and easy. My mantra is, good, honest, down-to-earth food is like a hug from me mum”
