Our cakes are hand-crafted in small batches using, seasonal and local produce. Our award-winning artisan confectionery contains either aromatic spices, unique flavours and raw or single origin chocolate.
All of our produce avoids unnecessary artificial colours, preservatives or scientific sounding nasties and we just don't compromise on flavour or taste.
As well as achieving two gold stars for our Elderflower Marshmallows in the 2009 Guild of Fine Food's Great Taste Awards, our produce is also Food Lovers Britain approved.
