Demo's and entertainment
We have a really full programme of fabulous chefs to dazzle and excite you over the course of each weekend. Our line up includes -
Cyrus Todiwalla, Manju Mali, Alfred Prasad, Ariana Bundy, Romy Gill, Kumud Ghandi, Nikita Gulhane, Anirudh Arora, Angela Malik as well as some great beer and curry master classes from Meantime Brewery.
You can expect demon
strations taking in how to make your own spice blends of garam masala with a pestle and mortar or recipes for Spicy Chick Peas or Pomegrante and Mung Bean Salad and a whole host of regional dishes inspired by India and South Asia cuisine.

As well as demo's you will also be able to enjoy (and perhaps learn) the game of carrom, take part in our Indian cookery school and immerse yourself in many other cultural activites going on over each weekend.
