This is an easy, yet stylish dessert, that can be made within minutes. Ideal for those busy lifestyles. Method ![]() Take a jar of The Wooden Spoon Pears & Cranberries with Port, empty the entire contents in a saucepan and simmer gently for 5 minutes When the pears have softened, remove from the juice, and place standing on a shallow dish with a few of the cranberries.
